- We served more than 2,500 individuals & families
- More than 500 individuals & families in our shelter system exited into safe, sustainable housing
- 1,200+ clients found stability and hope in our shelter
- Over 100 people were successfully engaged in services through our Outreach Program
- Nearly 900 individuals and families were able to stay in their current housing and out of the shelter system because of the Prevention & Diversion program
